My facilitation services are unique. I provide a practical pathway for you to nurture your individual self-care and self-healing potential through movement that de-conditions the body, and information that shifts the sub-conscious perspectives of overly established models on the Body and healing. My facilitation is delivered through a unique perspective on the multi-dimensional aspects of yourself in relation to the greater structures we exist in. Unlike traditional facilitation where money is paid and there's an expectation of outcome, what I am offering is about you healing yourself and uncovering a greater version of what you are in the process.
